BUSS N°509 RASPBERRY GIN
BUSS N°509, the distillery developed by its eponymous gastronomic inventeur, has been reinventing flavours in a country better known for its famous fermentations than refined spirits. The label’s raspberry gin, the first produced by the house, has a sharp but sweet flavour profile, developed from macerating locally-sourced raspberries with juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, and lemon in a heady botanical mix to create this crisp, refreshing tipple.
BUSS N°509 Pink grapefruit GIN
Pink Grapefruit Gin is the second gin of House BUSS in the market; which was inspired by passion and knowledge . The grapefruit gin has a bitter complex flavour with a hint of grapefruit, developed from maceration of red Californian grapefruits with juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, and lemon in a heady botanical mix. White Rain Gin of House BUSS is a gold medal winner at the 2015 Spirits Selection competition. It is bold yet refreshing tipple to be enjoyed on the rocks, or with a tonic to cut through the flavours. It has a complex flavour profile with subtly spicy and herbal flavor with a hint of marjoram. When developing Persian Peach BUSS N°509, the best herbs were blended with a premium distillate to create a gin that was natural and full in taste. In addition to Persian peach, carefully selected juniper berries, cardamom and vanilla and four more purely herbal ingredients are added to the BUSS N°509 Gin. The multi-award winning Belgian spirit can be easily enjoyed neat, as a cocktail or as a classic gin and tonic. BUSS N°509 Elderflower Gin is a outstanding gin in Author Collection. It has a classical botanical flavour profile tinged with floral notes, developed from macerating elderflower with juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon and blueberries. The color of the gin is mainly coming from the blueberries used in the maceration process. Buss N°509 is an artisan distilled product. No machines were used, and no additives (like sugar, colorants or artificial flavours) were added. Elderflower Gin is an elegant tipple to pair with a tonic.
